S. Patrick’s Altar
The mosaic shows the annunciation after Filippino Lippi. The apse is lined with green Connemara marble. The altarpiece, in tempera, is an unusual one of St. Patrick, painted in Florence in the style of the fifteenth century. The altar front of Venetian mosaic was formerly that of the Lady altar in the old church.

   To the right of this altar is the holy water stoup which is sixteenth century Florentine work.
